Its that time of the year again, the Weeley working weekend of fun and
meet and greet is upon us again. Could all of you that are thinking of coming
please let me know so as I can plan what we will need for the weekend.
Camping is available from Friday night through to Monday, longer if arranged
with Dave Weeley in advance . Under 21 ploughing match on the Saturday
and a fun plough event on Sunday for all. There will be a bring and buy
area in the camp field all weekend so bring along all your old not wanted
bits and pieces for sale and lots of cash to buy it all to add to your
collection Bar B Q Sat evening, bring your own food, I will supply the Barby.
Look forward to seeing you all Sat 19th and Sun 20th September. Dave.

Hi, Dave. You forgot to mention that as it is a club working weekend it is for club members only. If any non-members would like to go there is still plenty of time to join.

At the risk of sounding like a prima donna, I MIGHT be there, on one of the days.
    Only depends on:-
    1. House move actually taking place (hopefully exchange next week and complete/move end of August.
    2. Being sufficiently moved in to justify time at play.
    3. Getting ramps and tie points fitted to the Commer, so I can actually get the machines on to the pick up bed.
    4. Weather (any threat of rain and I daren’t take the Commer out, the window and door seals are non-existent and I can’t see me fitting them before winter!)

So, if Dave wouldn’t mind pencilling me in (prob for 2 Simars, rotavators requiring a play area not competition stuff),I’ll confirm as soon as I can!!

Fingers crossed, I’d really like to be there!

normally about 1/3rd of the field is marked off for competitions and the rest is a general play area for what ever you want to do.

I look forward to meeting you all at Weeley whatever you are
brining. If you cannot bring a machine just come along
for a chat and to meet old friends. You are all welcome.
    Dave.
