Jap 4/3 piston rings

I’m trying to stop my Jap 4/3 engine drinking more oil than petrol at the moment. I have taken the thing apart and found that the piston ring gap is about 0.060″ and now need to get some more rings. The bore is hardly worn at all so will probably need to get some on size rings (70mm dia) but can’t find anything that suits at the moment.

Has anyone any ideas of where to get a set of on size rings from at all?

Alternatively can I use the rings from another engine, even a modern engine, for example a Fiat TIPO 1.1, which are 70mm diameter.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
