good evening. Not sure why but is there a problem with paperwork on the renewals side ? I have paid up via paypal but nothing else in return. can someone please let me know whats the position of this. many thanks john.
John, your renewal was received on 31st Jan 2015 ( renewal notices went out in Nov 2014 and membership year ends 31st Dec) and was processed on 7th Feb, insurance card is in the post, I cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. If you check your PayPal or bank card you should see that the money has been taken out.
A renewal reminder will be sent in Feb to any members that have still not renewed. Paid up members will get the Feb issue of The Cultivator.
