    Hi guys,I am new here ,been collecting old tools for numder of years.Need help with this one.I be LIVE its some sort of manual rotivator,there is no labels or embossed name on it.It looks quite tatty but it is in good working order.I have spent few hours on net,but no joy,any ideas ?.

    Looks like the spade and fork are Terex items.

    As Alan states it is a Pulvo. They were also produced with a flat roller instead of the serrated tine wheel.
