The Powermow is a 24″ walk behind cylinder mower and does not appear to have been produced or survived in similar numbers to the “articulated” Lawnrider. There was also an even rarer Ridamow which was basically a Powermow with a Webb 24 style drawbar roller seat.
I’m in the process of restoring a Powermow which was in a pretty rough state having spent at least ten years abandoned at the end of someones’s garden.
My machine is minus the belt guard which appears in the publicity material of the day and a in review of the machine published in Amateur Gardening of November 1962, but not in the few online images of people’s machines in preservation.
If anyone has, or knows of, a Powermow that still has its belt guard, I will be very grateful for details.
