    Bill’s Wife Brenda phoned today to say that Bill had passed away peacefully yesterday at home with his family around him.

    I am sure a good many of you will remember Bill with his David Brown 2Ds and particularly the unique industrial ( towpath tractor) version of the marque.
    Bill regularly brought items to GDSF in the working area, latterly he showed Landmaster rotavator etc, and a very smart little Wrigley nursery truck

    I know I will miss his banter and cups of tea in the back of ‘Bills pub’.

    RIP Bill.

    Chris, that is said news, Bill was a great character, always asking me what the latest body count was (Midsomer murders) whenever we met. He will be greatly missed.

    I thought I would add a picture of Bill with his unique 2D Industrial tractor, a few years ago.
