    Hi I was wondering if any one could help with this , I’ve noticed these 2 knife pads are both different on some Allen mayfield cutter bars I just wondered what was earlier ? Or what year they were fitted ? I know the Croft mayfield and the Allen mayfield were made in different factories I really would like to know when these were fitted

    It might be worth doing some research at MERL Reading, they have engineering drawings for Mayfield I believe along with other records and literature.
